"I arranged a pick-up at 07:30 in the arrivals hall. This gave us time (provided the flight was on time) to have breakfast before continuing our journey. Also, we did not want to arrive before 08:00 as there wouldn't be anyone there to meet us. At 07:15 the driver contacted asking us to meet him outside. We went outside and spent 20 minutes looking. We then went back to the arrivals hall when he called, and we finally met him, and he drove us to our destination. On arriving, I got a call saying the driver had arrived very early and I needed to pay for the driver's parking as I was late! I was not late; I was 15 minutes early. I spent 20 minutes walking around outside looking for the driver, until I gave up and went back to the arrivals hall. I was about to call him when he showed up. I should have been offered compensation, not asked to pay extra!"
